Keep in mind that there are very few repair shops, so you should carry spare parts with you. Shared taxis and minibuses rarely operate on a set schedule. More often they depart when full. If you are in a hurry, you can pay for all four seats and get a private escort. These taxis are waiting at most bus stations. If the bus is not an option, hitching a ride alongside the road is a common practice. The catch is, most drivers will expect some form of payment. More importantly, always decipher before venturing off whether the driver and the vehicle are up to the task.
