THE WORST AIR LINE EVER! we travelled from london, change over in Chicago Ohio they had no shuttle buses for transfers, took us to the wrong terminals. We literally almost missed our flight, luckily one lady from the airport managed to get us in on time and help us get to the flight. It was honestly horrendous it led to me twisting my ankle. The worst stuff members at Chicago Ohio airport! Except a short lady who was black with locks I think. I wish I got her name she deserves everything good!
