Flight was canceled due to hurricane, understandable. Trying to use the website to get a refund was a horror show!!!! No phone number to speak with a person. Web site just kept looping back to the beginning. Website was convoluted, complicated, and not user friendly!!!! Hoping NEVER to 'attempt' to use Breeze Airways again and will NOT recommend them to any of my relatives, friends and/or business associates!!!!
