2 hour delay from key west to charlotte. My connecting flight was canceled due to being late. American Airlines wanted me to stay at their hotel with no luggage. I had to get a delta flight to get back home to Detroit. No one was able to help me once I got into charlotte and the customer service was very poor. I cannot refund my flight from charlotte to Detroit and had to spend $660 on a delta flight to get back home. I will not fly with American Airlines again.
