I flew in premium plus on an overnight transcontinental. The premium seats on the sides of the cabin are good. I noticed people in middle seats were struggling to get up due to the leg rests being difficult to quickly lower, so their travel companions didn't get out of the way enough. The arm dividers are bulky and don't collapse either so if you're very obese and hoping for two seats it may not work, but for most people it should be big enough. Also, the leg rests were a little awkward in that they didn't quite extend enough for sleeping, but probably still better than encomy. Food was good in premium. In premium You still have to use economy bathrooms which is a bummer.
