|Aug 2023My Experience was not a good experience with Budget this was my first and last time renting with them . I was given a 12 passenger van that should’ve never left the lot . The passenger rear tire was a mess , and I hadn’t realized until I was in route to my destination i stopped several times to put air in that tire , and on the last time of filling the tire it exploded and burst my nephew’s eardrum. Which was very unsafe and scary seeing blood come out of his ear. When I returned the vehicle at the end of my trip the man at the front desk of the 101 west fayette location was no help .
