The crew was very helpful and friendly.

The seats were too compact. No snacks no seat selection without some form of payment.. extremely turbulent flight.

we always travel by spirit and as always we use the same bag , my husband went to Texas by spirit 2 weeks ago whit that bag and they didn't charge anything but in the trip back to LA they charge $65.00 and it was the same bag he traveled from LA to Texas, in conclusion we are not longer continue traveling by spirit because you don't standarly charge for baggage, sometimes you charge sometimes you dont and when you make your random charges the fee for traveling with you is the same fee for traveling with any other airline.

The fare was maybe a couple of dollars cheaper than other airlines but

Your baggage fees are ridicules, your airline charges for carry-ons and if you don't do it on line, you pay more at the counter, but if you don't pay at the counter, you pay even a higher fees at the other end. So unfair!!!! I won't be flying this airline any more...........
