Chairs don’t recline. I was exhausted before the flight. The flight was sleepless hell.

We paid $47 to check one carefully packed 50 lb bag on the way. Our return trip, they charged $65 for the base fee and only then chose to inform us that we would be required to pay an extra ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS - total of $165 one way! A because, since our departure, they had reduced the permissible weight to 40 lbs. ONE HUNDRED ADDITIONAL DOLLARS FOR LESS THAN TEN POUNDS WHEN WE WERE TOLD 50 LBS WAS THE LIMIT. I know their fares are cheap but my lord, their seats are tiny, they nickel and dime EVERYTHING, and they legit steal from you by changing the rules and price-gouging. Gross. I’ll pay more on the front end next time, because at those prices I could’ve flown a non-budget airline and been comfortable and had a damn complimentary water.

Not too much - the crew was nice.

My flight from St. Louis to Denver did not charge me for a carryon bag. I was very surprised to be charged $50 for my carryon bag at the Denver checkin, When I complained I was presented with an incredibly rude attitude. The flight was crowded and the space was so very small and cramped. I will never fly Frontier again. Your cheaper rates are not worth the flight experience.

Getting to my destination. Newer plane. Crew nice, helpful.

Seats too crowded. Knees hit seat in front of me. Difficult to get into seat because of front/back crowding. Tray is a joke.

Let's begin with the need to pay for your seat selection. Then the fact that the seats do not recline at all, so you are forced to sit upright the entire flight. Good luck if you are over 5'8", seats are not intended for taller people. Also, how can an airline not have wifi or inflight entertainment. Not a bargain at all. Oh and $45 per checked bag, nice touch. Avoid if possible.

At first, what seemed like a competitive price.

Extra cost for carry on bag, and any seat not center. Be aware that its lowe cost to pay for carry on bag online. It was $60 for one way for my one and only carry on bag. And to top it off, the in-flight service only service a cup of water. I will avoid Frontier in the future.

The flight was delayed over 2hours which alone was enough to complain about. Once the plane arrived, the one attendant cared more about messing around, talking joking and hugging with the airport staff, rather then getting on the plane to sanitize so we could board the plane. When I found my seat, there was a dirty sanitizer wipe resting in my seat, and there was what looked to be a loogie on my window. The same attendant who was goofing off with the other staff was then talking very condescending to the passenger in the row in front of me because he fell asleep and his mask fell under his nose but still covered his mouth. Next time I will pay more money to have a comfortable flight where my carryon is included.
