Worst first class experience I’ve ever had. I dealt with attitude, and clearly a parent annoyance that the flight, attendants and crew had to do something. Everything was a constant inconvenience for them. Yet again I’m constantly astounded at how miserable American Airlines employees are. I rarely fly them anymore but I’m a few chances I have to it’s always about the same experience. I would love to be impressed, shocked and see their employees actually happy. Because It filters on eventually to the guest.
