my Philippine airlines experience was horrible since they canceled my $2800 worth of tickets and then told me to make a change I had to pay $2800 more after they just quoted me $700. This is a bait and switch scam!I even bought that stupid insurance through Kayak but since Philippine Air canceled my tickets, I had no recourse.
