Will never rent a car through Kayak/Hertz again. Had to cancel the reservation due to a death in my family. Had to call repeatedly to get a refund. Only after plenty of frustration and time on the phone was able to receive a partial refund. Not a good experience.

There were no cars available at all despite the fact that we reserved and paid for a car. There was a long line of very cranky customers ahead of us in the same situation. Lucky our money was refunded. Sadly we were not able to get another car that time of night.

We never got our car. We had to find and pay for another car from Hertz. I was on the phone with dollar for an hour and couldn't talk to a live person. It was 1am and I was stranded at the airport. Another 200$ to Hertz for one night, then back to the airport my first day of vacation to get another car from Avis. I am still trying to get a refund from dollar. It was a horrible experience. Hertz and Avis were great. I will not book another car with you, I will go directly to the agency.

My car could’ve been better I was told I can have a Full-size car it was not a Nissan Ultima it’s not a full-size car it is a compact car I’m 5 foot 11 280 pounds I could not fit in the car very tight dollar rental and other rental companies are charging Full size prices for compact cars. customers for compact caars! there’s no way a Nissan Ultima is a full-size car I could barely fit in the car very uncomfortable.😕

Had to wait over an hour in line to check in. They only had two people working and there was a very long line. When I finally spoke to a rep I was told it was going to be another hour to get my car since they did not have one in the type that I ordered. I ordered a wildcard which is basically dealers choice. After I expressed my displeasure in having to wait another hour they finally gave me a truck to rent. Unlikely to use them again. Saving a couple of bucks with them was not worth the hassle.

The car was fine. The staff were friendly. We waited for 65 minutes for the complimentary shuttle to come and get us at the cruise shuttle. When we got to Avis it took quite a long time to get our vehicle.

It would have been nice if Avis honored the reservation. They claimed the code was put in for a hard top and not a convertible as ordered. I had to pay an additional $107. I have notified the Massachusetts Attorney General.

They will make you get insurance, so expect to pay more than double the rate you were quoted. It’s a bait and switch to get you in. Everyone waiting for cars had issues. Learn from me and Just pay a little extra at a reputable company.

U Save is a scam business. Online they show the lowest price and attract customers. I bought a 3rd party collision coverage insurance online which states that I would not need any other insurance. But U Save made me buy liability insurance @ $30/day. I ended up paying much more than other major car rental companies. At the beginning, I had to wait at least one hour in line for my turn although there were only 3 customers ahead of me when I joined the line. The day I returned the car, I met few other angry customers with similar experience. U Save is an extremely corrupt company. Please do not get deceived by its online low price. They are cheat and they will rob you.

I ordered this car rental for my father who was away on a trip in Ft. Lauderdale. We ordered it for 8pm and their shuttle never picked him or any of the other U-Save customers. They called and would sometimes get sent to their automated phone line. Sometimes they would get a representative who said that they’d be there in 15 min, but they never did. So my dad waited out their for and hour and a half before taking an Uber to his hotel in Miami. The only thing that I thank them for is not charging my card before completely abandoning my father. Yes the cheap prices are too good to be true.
