Overall good however I used to be status with United but for certain circumstances I’m using different carriers currently. Now my notes are as follows. 1. transparency I received a note via text that the flight will be delayed one hour, due to weather, however the pilot in the overhead dismiss the fact, and he gave a different excuses for fueling and some error to be corrected it may well be that they need better communications between the command center and the pilot. 2. I used to have my luggage with United damaged in many occasions however, different carrier. Take better care of the luggage when I changed to them my last trip. I had a broken suitcase again which I did not have with other carriers for the duration with them. United personnel need to take a better care with luggage
