|Sep 2023The staff at Gladstone Ottawa Avis were wonderful. I did have difficulty figuring out the Avis drop off place in Toronto was actually at the airport. It would be nice if they somehow could convey that since it had a street address. Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short and was only charged for the days I rented. I will book again wiyh Avis.

|Jul 2023Please check the validity of the vendors that you work with. I searched for a vehicle rental through the Kayak platform which directed me to another third party booking site called QEEQ. When I arrived at the location for my booking, the vehicle was not available. I was told they never carry that type of vehicle. I was not able to reach anyone from the QEEQ customer service to sort out the issue. I am now out 500 USD for a vehicle I did not receive

|Jul 2023If the company had a policy of showing 2 government id’s with pictures then that should be announced clearly in all communications before we go to pick the car ( having it on a piece of paper on the wall printed by staff is not enough) . so we don’t end up having arguments between staff and customers . when I picked the car the staff were Impolite and unprofessional.

|Sep 2023I didn't use the car, because they kept me waiting for 1 hour at the airport for the shuttle and then told me there is mileage cost although in the email it was clearly noted that mileage is unlimited. They told me to cancel it through priceline and I asked them for the refund.

|Aug 2023Nothing good miss communication between on line reservation and office rentals, no one ever answer call, I'm still waiting for refund on my first booking after a week ??? When I show up to get my reservation truck was rent to someone else !!!! Very nice ! I will never recommend routers to no one ! I wasted $100. On taxi just to get there and I couldn't get truck with out $1500. Deposit ??? Crazy !

|Sep 2021Everything was great, our family really enjoys the car we have rent it. Ford Escape hybrid is the way to go when you are travelling. It only cost us less than $200 of gas by to travel 11 days around the east coast of Canada.
