The stewardess in first class, Larissa doesn’t know how to make drinks, can’t pronounce wine names and didn’t know Brut was a type of sparking wine. She pronounced Pinot Grigio “Pienot Grigoro. There was no Chardonnay on board. She served by Gin and tonic full of tonic, 6 small ice cubes and one shot of gin in a 10 oz glass. It tasted like pure tonic, look warm because of lack of ice and halfway thru the drink I had no ice and had to ask for more ice. I already had to ask for another shot of gin and ice at the beginning, because the drink was so awful. The pilot said there was turbulence so no service during the flight. It was bumpy for 5 seconds of the flight at the beginning so there should have had beverage service. We are asking for 10,000 miles a piece for the inconvenience.
