Maybe because I finally got to New York many delays on the flight. Very disappointed that a survey wasn’t sent out on my my trip out to Milwaukee on August 5-6 debacle. Which flight stranded on tarmac 4 hours then couldn’t get a straight answer to book a flight to Milwaukee. Spent 4-5 hours trying to get flight to Milwaukee no sleep then to finally get a flight with only 2 hours of sleep . No answers why prey flight was canceled and no help at JFK GETTING LUGGAGE & REBOOKING FLIGHT. . This was just the tip of the fiasco!!!!!

One of the best features of this airport is that it features something called a Plane Train. While adults utilize this train to get from terminal to terminal, it is also a great way for kids to pass time waiting for a flight, plus they get to see quite a bit of the airport during the trip. Once you are on your way to your gate, it is a good idea to skip this train because there are a number of art exhibits that passengers will find between all the terminal buildings that feature things like photography, sculptures, and stories about the history of Atlanta. In addition to these great destinations, there are also a number of moving walkways the kids can ride during their journey. If you are a mom that is nursing a little one, you will find that this airport features around nine different lactation spaces spread equally throughout the six concourses at the airport.
A really great feature of this airport is that it offers three hotels that have a location right at the airport property. The Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway sits adjacent to the terminal buildings at the airport, and passengers can make their way from the hotel to the terminal buildings by taking the ATL SkyTrain that makes a stop at this hotel passengers will arrive at the airport in around 2 min aboard this train. The Springhill Suites Atlanta Airport Gateway has a location adjacent to the airport as well and is also only about a 2 min ride from the terminal buildings aboard the SkyTrain. One final option for a hotel is the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel, which offers a complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the terminals at the airport.
One of the best ways to pass the time at this airport is to visit one of the Xpress Spa locations at the airport. Passengers will find one of these spas in Concourses A, C, and D. Each one of these locations offers a complete menu of spa services, including massages, facials, as well as hair and nail treatments. Passengers who are aviation enthusiasts will love the Delta Flight Museum at the airport. This museum sits just outside the airport, and it's just a short taxi ride away and includes amenities like a flight simulator that will make you feel as if you are flying a plane yourself. If you are a music lover and you make your way to the atrium of the airport, you will find that they offer daily live music from a variety of local musicians.
