While I understand the stress the cabin crew go through. I was yelled at because my son's carry on bag was snagged on another luggage and the door would not close. The lady told me that I better do something. I calmly got up and fixed the problem, but was barked at by the crew member again about how I better check that in next time. All other crew members were a delight.
