Flight was delayed twice and even though I was early, I was not early enough and was not able to get a boarding pass. Was not able to speak with anyone who works for Copa airline at the airport. When. I would called Copa Airlines phone number, even the customer representatives keep suggesting I speak with someone at the airport but there was no one at the check in desk and the baggage claims doors were closed. The customer service agents over the phone suggested I can rebook for the next available flight on Friday but I feel like I would loose money and time.
