The gate crew and cabin crew were great. However, the flight was one hour late, as we landed in Seattle the whole plane electronics died. We had to wait for the power to be connected from the terminal., We all waited for well over half an hour at the carousel for our luggage (way past the 20 min. guarantee!) , only to find it was rerouted to a different carousel. Then the ground crew were pulling the suitcases off the belt and piling them up on the floor which made a big mess worse than ever. We were so frustrated with the whole experience with flight delays and late luggage I didn't bother to go to the counter about the late luggage. Probably try a different airline next time.
