There was no vehicle when I arrived, even though I had reserved online the day before and received a confirmation number and receipt. The attendant said I should have called ahead of time to give them time to reserve a car, but isn't that what a reservation is for? They said they were all sold out and had no way of getting a car. I was stranded at the location for hours until I could get a ride. Horrible experience. Horrible service. Just all around nothing works and it is bad.

The staff was very pleasant and professional. The rental experience was very smooth for me. The vehicle was clean and mechanically sound. Side Note: In the U.S. a valid DRIVER'S LICENSE is required. Please don't argue with the staff when proper documentation is not available. Learner's Permits are not permissible. International visitors will also need a passport that coincides with the country of licensing. What I didn't like.... The engineering of the vehicle. Comfort.....meh Steering.....tight/not sloppy/not smooth Switches......way too many. On the dash, Under the dash, On the console. Seat controls......too close together for small hands. Safety features......excellent The vehicle had a fuel economy feature that turns the engine off when stopped at a traffic light. It's very harsh re-engagement when you remove your foot from the brake. The steering wheel has a very sharp/harsh control ratio and lacks the smooth comfort control factor that most vehicles in the compact SUV class has. I've made a mental note to choose something different the next time I rent a vehicle from Alamo.

Was told cat was all wheel drive and it was not, causing a dangerous travel during storm.

Received a DIRTY rental inside & out , VERY low on gas , and most of all TWO DIFFERENT prices one on-line and one at the return of the rental…..

The clerk wasn’t welcoming and friendly. She was a military style despot: very short with people.

The picture of the car I was supposed to get was not the same size I got and it wasn’t ready at the time I got there. Had to wait a bit but the staff at the pickup location was great and the staff at Spokane was also great! overall a good experience. Made the smaller size car work but shouldn’t have been advertised as a larger vehicle. Thank you

Offer on kayak was around 300$, at the desk i signed a contract because of some extra issue for 499$, when I drop of car my credit card was charged with 1300$ . I try to explain situation.

There were no economy cars (which is what I booked) so I was forced to rent a more expensive car.

even after asking for ezpass explicitly i was not given one. car doors were all open when i received the car, which was parked half way into the street blocking off traffic. yall are wild.

I was not able to pick up my car because they closed at 5pm at a major airport on a Friday, leaving me stranded

I ordered a rental cause my car was in the shop. A day or two later I got a call my car was ready. I canceled my order but you have to pay a $100 cancellation fee regardless of how many days you are from reservation. If you create a rental and then an hour later you cancel? $100.

Gas tank wasn't full when I picked up the car

The vehicle provided to me had a problem with the ABS system that made braking in ice conditions almost impossible and placed me and my family in grave danger whilst travelling in Vermont in winter. I have raised this with them and they indicate that there is nothing that can be done. I regard this as unacceptable and I will never rent from them again.

Customer service

Terrible customer service at the counter. They make it seem as if they are doing you a favor. Their customer service number is no better. What ever the call center tells you, be assured it’s a lie. I caught them lying to me multiple times and it cost me 100 dollars in taxi fees when they told me the location will wait for my delayed flight to come in. Also had to wait 2 hours for a car to be available.

Car was newer and easy to drive. Check in really slow. Add ons really add on to price

Pickup was incredibly slow. One employee working incredibly slowly at the counter, bantering at a snail's place with a customer while there were many others waiting in line. Show some urgency and balance friendliness with expedited service.

Friendly. Engaged me. Everything I could ask for.
