Find Convertible car rentals in Berlin

Absolutely horrible experience. Dirty office, not a single customer got the type of car they had reserved, staff was friendly to us, but rude to others. We had reserved a standard sedan and ended up with a 9 seater van that was extremely hard to navigate in and out of what must have been the narrowest parking garage with the lowest ceilings. There was literally an inch of space between van roof and parking garage ceiling. Would never use this branch again.

The staff were friendly, I'd like to say thanks especially to Lucia. As a pain point, they should choose better parking area to keep the cars. It's difficult to pickup and return the car.

Insurance options are dear and cost a lot more than anticipation

I returned a car at 10am before 11. they wrote in the system that it was 7pm. Charged me for late return. Which is not true. PLUS, they told me that I did not return 2 floor mats. OMG, what a company, never again! I have proofs of video recording on the day of pickup that mops were not installed. Really never again, and don't recommend to rent with them!

The staff was probably racist. I observed her behavior to other German-speaking customers. The staff tried to provide a SW car which I rented sedan. ZERO customer service and handling. For the upgraded final car, they told me that the car was white, but the car came black, and in the key sticker it was still written white for the black car. I requested the staff to talk with their supervisor but staff said I cannot speak with a supervisor. Finally, the staff told me that the car was at -3 level of the parking, which they were supposed to give me the car in front of the office. I went to -3 to have the car but the car wasn't there. Then I went to -2 again, the car wasn't there. Then I went to the office again to ask the staff where was the car. The answer was: I DON'T KNOW! Who would know the place of the car if the staff wouldn't know? It was a nightmare!!!

We came to Europcar, provide booking, all necessary documents as driving license, passport, address of living, etc. But after some security check, it was refused to provide a car for us, without any explanation, the only that Europcar colleague said that you pay on rentalcars, so contact with them. Thats all. So for current moment we didn't receive a car and didn't receive money back. So I'd not prefer to answer on question "How you satisfied ?" . . .

I received my bill with 181 euros in extra charges
