The staff was probably racist. I observed her behavior to other German-speaking customers. The staff tried to provide a SW car which I rented sedan. ZERO customer service and handling. For the upgraded final car, they told me that the car was white, but the car came black, and in the key sticker it was still written white for the black car. I requested the staff to talk with their supervisor but staff said I cannot speak with a supervisor. Finally, the staff told me that the car was at -3 level of the parking, which they were supposed to give me the car in front of the office. I went to -3 to have the car but the car wasn't there. Then I went to -2 again, the car wasn't there. Then I went to the office again to ask the staff where was the car. The answer was: I DON'T KNOW! Who would know the place of the car if the staff wouldn't know? It was a nightmare!!!
