Representative in Houston was really rude and unprofessional. Didn’t follow the protocol, he just told me to sign the contract (didn’t go over what the contract) and to make sure the gas tank was full when the car was return.

Everything was great except for the attendant when I was leaving garage. I was leaving & bcse she wanted me to go to a different exit than the one I was at csed me to scratch the truck tht I had. She was just rude & seen me gttn rdy to hit the pole but wldnt even warn me or say anything. Not customer friendly @ all!!!

I booked it for an 11pm pickup. I was slightly delayed because the shuttle took so long and at 1115 when I arrived the Hertz counter was closed and I had no option but to go rent from someone else.

Drop off was a breeze, just parking the car with keys inside, but the pickup was a nightmare, I want to believe that it was due the long weekend, but I don’t really know. Everything else was pretty good: car’s cleanliness, shape and price.

Got to the rental center at IAH and the line for Dollar rentals was over a 100 yards long. I stood in line for 90 minutes and only moved a few feet. They had two staff on duty. I had to get to an appointment so was forced to abandon my prepaid rental and take an Uber. Totally unaceptable and a rip off.

Everything was great except the person who checked me in. He was extremely rude without any reason, as if I were not a customer who paid for the car. He was loud and with a scolding tone when I handed him my driver license and debit card. My driver license is broken from the top, so he started playing with it with his hand causing it to get worst. When I calmly asked him to just take the information without tampering with it, he said good luck if they allow you out of the lot. When he took my debit card, he told me about the security deposit in a demanding way, as if I didn’t use it before or I didn’t know the process. I kept my calm in order not to complicate things, I asked my kids to go sit at the back benches so they don’t have to witness his disrespectful manners, and I walked away to the lot after he finished the transaction without commenting. I understand he probably had a rough day, and I hope this is not the case every day because it affects sales of the organization in the long run. Except him, everything else went smooth.

I had paid for car already online then got charged again after waiting in a long line. Drop off was terrible. It was tough to find the exact spot. Signs were not clear. It was a mess. The car was nice though.

Everything was perfect except the rate could have been cheaper. Nearly $400 for less than one day is steep.

The rental place was closed before we even landed. It was never explained to us so we went to go pick it up then we had to get a taxi to our hotel instead. Then when we went the next day to pick it up they never offered to refund any part of reservation even though they were not there. Not sure how we they can take a reservation then not be there. I have never been treated this bad from a car rental before.
