|Jul 2023Drop off was easy. We booked a “suppliers choice” size car. When we arrived we were told because our plane was late (4 instead of noon), we would have to be upgraded to a full-sized sedan for $30 a day more or $150. The price of the rental car was already ridiculously high (twice as much for this 5-day rental as we are paying for a 10-day rental elsewhere a month later!) it left us feeling cheated. Also car had a “service needed” light on but the attendant told us we should just ignore it.

|Apr 2023I did have to buy additional windshield washer fluid but was compensated for it. That time of year an extra bottle in the trunk would have helped. The service was excellent and friendly. The return crew was there early in the morning which helped make the flight.

|Sep 2023The young man at the counter greeted me so promptly I wasn’t sure he was talking to me. He was very efficient and courteous, friendly, smiling, engaging, knowledgeable. What more could you want?!? The DOLLAR sign in the garage is difficult to find. I asked another agent while looking and she told me DOLLAR car were on another floor. NOT! They need better signage in the Anchorage facility.
