• Walk 45 miles of the Cotswold Way from thatched Chipping Campden to beautiful Painswick.  You pass through essentially “English” countryside.  A special planned route is available, which of course you could drive in a car. 
• At the top of the Broadway Tower in Broadway on a clear day you can see 12 counties spread out below.  Look at the small William Morris exhibition also there, and afterwards call in to the famous Lygon Arms Hotel.
• Visit picturesque Stroud which used to be an important wool center. Many of the old mill buildings still stand but are now filled with modern industry.
