Ground staff in Seville are incompetent. I fly over 300K KM per year and understand rules. Had to waste time to try to get baggage checked through for entire reservation but ground crew insisted I had to claim in Madrid. Once in Madrid, Ground staff said that it should have been checked through and did recheck the baggage. Wasted time and energy. Not level of service expected when flying business class with family and 10 suitcases. And one suitcase got lost.

Ground staff in Seville are incompetent. I fly over 300K KM per year and understand rules.
