I booked on United but it was really Air Canada. It was very confusing when I went to the airport. The ride to NY was very turbulent and shaky. The ride back was better. It would be nicer with more leg room and to get rid of the tilting the seat back thing. Fine for an hour flight but any longer would have been not great. Please put subtitles on the programs so we don;t have t use headphones if we forget them.

The main airport serving Puebla, Mexico, is Puebla International Airport (PBC). However, if you are looking for alternative airports that are relatively close to Puebla, there are a few others to choose from. For example, you can always fly into Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX), which is around 123 miles (198 kilometers) northwest of Puebla and services numerous international flights each day. It is located in Mexico City, the capital of the country, and is considered to be one of the main airports in Mexico.
U.S. citizens do not need a visa for short visits to Mexico for tourism or business purposes. However, they are required to fill out a tourist card (Forma Migratoria Multiple or FMM), which is usually provided by airlines or at the port of entry. U.S. citizens traveling by air or cruise ship are typically provided with an FMM by the airline or cruise line. If traveling by land, you might need to obtain this form at the border or at your point of entry. The FMM allows you to stay in Mexico for up to 180 days. Make sure to respect the permitted length of stay and any conditions specified on your FMM.
Puebla International Airport (PBC) does have car rental services available. Many major car rental companies operate at airports, providing travelers with the option to rent a car for transportation during their stay. The various car rental desks can be found in the Arrivals section of the airport. You will find a few different companies in this area, including Avis, Budget, and Hertz. All of the companies that have offices at the airport keep their fleets in the parking areas.
