JetBlue states that I had a change fee waived, but the fine print showed that was only for flights changed the same day. This was surprising when an unexpected situation arose and I had to change my flight to the next day. Their accessibility team is not doing well. They don't use any kind of written language on their screens to announce what group is boarding (I'm hearing impaired). The "free" wifi didn't work when I was on the plane. A flight attendant was rude AF when I asked for water. JetBlue has gone downhill, but I'm not sure if they are worse than any other US-based airline. The whole industry is a damn shame.
