Flight crew was nice. But over all not a great experience. I got stuck in the bathroom, because lock was broken. That was a bad and scary experience by itself. Definitely not comfortable, but I guess I should expect that since I'm flying economy. Food was just ok. Then I get to JFK to only find out my luggage didn't arrive. So between not sure where my luggage has disappeared to. But several other people didn't receive their luggage as well. People in JFK weren't very helpful or knowledgeable. Had a bunch of us fill out forms to report a claim, wasn't given any reference # in return. But the young man seemed overwhelmed with several inpatient and upset passengers and he may not have known what to do. I have yet to receive any updates. I called Ethiopian airlines for an update and they have no info on my claim. So now I have put in an on line claim. Hopefully I will get some kind of resolution and positive response. Hopefully I get all my things, 3 pieces of luggage with all my belongings in tact.
