Overall it was good on the flight. Before the flight with checking the bag at JFK was a nightmare. It took way too long and the Delta concierge was very rude to everyone. But other than that it was fine.

Getting around Durango, Mexico
Taxis and rental cars are both popular options when it comes to getting around the city. Durango is, in fact, one of the cities that has the lowest taxi fares in all of Mexico so you can find reasons to permit yourself this luxury during your visit. If you visit Guadiana Park, you can also enjoy a scenic ride on a small train that takes you through pretty gardens, lakeland areas, and woodland too. Getting from the Airport to the City
Durango-La Plata County Airport (DRO) is located just 12 miles to the south east of Durango. There are both shuttles and taxi services available from the airport: a list can be found on the airport’s website.
