Everything is ok , but I paid for seats that was given to someone . And when she was given tickets during registration, the customer service representative didn’t even see anything that the seats were exactly 16 D for both flight . But he gave tickets with totally different seats. How can they don’t see it on the site when he is registering someone . I don’t know what to say .
