It was very bad, my baggage didn’t arrive resulting in deep loss of money. My next flight to Zurich had to be cancelled, my hotel booking also had to be cancelled. I then had to book flight at Frankfurt airport to get my luggage. I won’t fly this airlines again unless there is no other choice. I highly won’t recommend it also

It was very bad, my baggage didn’t arrive resulting in deep loss of money. My next flight to Zurich had to be cancelled, my hotel booking also had to be cancelled.
