|Aug 2024Service was terrible and agent repeated pressured and lied about both insurance needs and toll requirements. Even trying to get out of the dirty parking area was impossible as the code given both me and the customer in front of me did not work. No one came to assist except a mechanic who also got stuck in the long line and shared his work code to open the gate.

|Feb 2024The wait times to pick up were absurd. Systems not connecting correctly. Staff was surly and didn’t seem to want to help. It would literally be worth paying 3x more elsewhere for your time back.

|Jan 2024Took almost 2 hours to get car. The pickup from the airport was a fiasco. Cannot get anyone live. Recording said shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes and is clearly marked. Waited almost an hr and still now shuttle. Finally found someone to ask them was told it was 1 shuttle that picked up for many agencies. When the shuttle arrived saw that (1) Routes was a small logo amongst a bunch of other agency logos - NOT clearly marked, and (2) the logo colors and background were different than what showed in my email confirmation - confirmation email showed orange writing with blue background while the small logo on the shuttle was blue writing on an orange background. Once we finally reached the agency we were then told that we needed a copy of the declaration page of our own insurance. Otherwise who would be charged for their insurance coverage. I feel that type of information should be prominently displayed when you're making the reservation; that you need a credit card, a license, AND the declaration page, if using your own insurance. They said it was buried in the terms and conditions. Between the wait and the line then being told this that completely delayed things further. So much so that we had to completely change our itinerary for the day, the very reason we were renting the car

|Feb 2023The place had the worst customer service and the price was run by a bunch of rude greedy people trying to nickel and dime you! Never go there again. The price on Kayak wasn’t even close to charges ! The place is a scam!

|Feb 2023The staff was so friendly and helpful. But the rental experience was atrocious, ended up costing me more than double what was expected because i was a fl resident (i am not a fl resident but i had an old fl drivers lísiense with me which is what i was using). I explained to the check in agent that i was home visiting but had not been a FL resident for over 5 years. For some reason the cost is astronomically higher for a FL resident. Ended up paying more than i would have if I’d rented from a more reputable and convenient rental center. All together the check in and pick up took over an hour which is too long.

|Mar 2022Will never ever use them again They forced me to take extra insurance while my insurance was valid. There escuse was it is a Canadian inssurance.. all other companies do accept it. They have put me in the spot even you me if you don't want to purchase the insurance from us you can cancel the whole thing. It was 10 pm just arrived with my family and kids are super tired... I always travail and rent cars using my own Canadian insurance it is acceptable everywhere I have paid 300$ US extra for nothing. Never use this company ever

|Feb 2025When we got there they had no cars.And we had to take the minibus back to Rental Centre because Europcar is totally outside of airport and it is not an official office, but outsourced. All in all, very bad experience

|Dec 2024Added a $24 per day supplemental insurance fee. Claimed it was because my auto insurance coverage effective date did not apply to rental car agencies. That effective dates for rental agencies requires 30 days past the effective date on the policy. I checked with USAA and confirmed that they do not have that restriction except for New York, New Hampshire and North Dakota. I rented the car in Florida and I live in Georgia. That $24 dollar daily charge is purely an un disclosed junk fee with no supporting justification.
