Cheap Car Rentals in Little Havana, Miami from $27

They cancelled my reservation without contacting me and they did not refund the money I paid to make a reservation.

The place had the worst customer service and the price was run by a bunch of rude greedy people trying to nickel and dime you! Never go there again. The price on Kayak wasn’t even close to charges ! The place is a scam!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. But the rental experience was atrocious, ended up costing me more than double what was expected because i was a fl resident (i am not a fl resident but i had an old fl drivers lísiense with me which is what i was using). I explained to the check in agent that i was home visiting but had not been a FL resident for over 5 years. For some reason the cost is astronomically higher for a FL resident. Ended up paying more than i would have if I’d rented from a more reputable and convenient rental center. All together the check in and pick up took over an hour which is too long.

About insurance and tolls

The insurance fee was way too high than the car itself (almost 2,5 x more) and not Mentioned before

Routes is the worst company , two hours in a line waiting for the car, employee service is really bad, I thought to save money in this company because it was cheaper than others but they made me pay more for one insurance that I already have bought on line , so at the end I pay more and lost one day of my vacation
