|Jun 2024Customer service number is impossible to find on their website. Cancellation was not possible through hertz. I was asked to login and enter my confirmation number countless times before giving up and not finding any help. When I went in to the physical store, I was given the customer service hotline to call where I was on hold for 40 minutes only to be told I was unable to cancel my reservation. Overall terrible experience and awful customer service.

|Jul 2023Rented an EUV. Staff was very helpful explaining all of the necessary things I needed to know for me to drive it. Really enjoyed the experience.

|May 2023Everything was smooth. We enjoyed the vehicle a great deal and perfectly accommodated our needs. I believe we received a free upgrade, which certainly affected how pleased we were with the cost/value. The only negative was we waited over an hour past our scheduled pickup time when receiving the car. There was a giant line of folks, perhaps they were understaffed on a Thursday morning? It set our trip plans back a bit, but it was great otherwise.
