I liked the relatively comfortable seats. However, I did not like the fact that flight was declared as delayed for almost 24 hours and then, within a few minutes, the declaration was rescinded. I also did not like how we boarded the plane. Boarding was not a good experience. We had to go outside to access the plane. They should have used a jet bridge.
