The staff in the plane and outside of the plane were very rude. My flight was delayed 3 times which i understand was not the staff’s fault but my boarding pass time was never updated which had multiple people very confused and when I asked the question of why no answer was given. They made a handful of people check their bag and upon entering the plane there was still plenty of room.
