I couldn’t operate reclining the seat. Neither could the passenger next to mec or the passenger across the aisle. This was in premium economy. We all tried following screen instructions but had no luck. Not really a problem on a 3 hour flight but any longer………

I couldn’t operate reclining the seat. Neither could the passenger next to mec or the passenger across the aisle. This was in premium economy. We all tried following screen instructions but had no luck. Not really a problem on a 3 hour flight but any longer………
