They finally assigned us regular seats but I got stopped again at the gate because of the same issue. We barely made it on time. Poor management on the connecting flight (a 10 hour flight) where they let two young mothers sit together near us (they were sitting in separate areas when we boarded), who were talking endlessly, both with screaming babies, and no help from the crew to make them aware of other people around them.
