Had to pay £48 because my personal item was 1cm too big! Not happy! First & last time to fly Easy Jet. This small back pack has been used on many domestic & international flights without a problem. I could have easily put it in my luggage as my bag was 5kg under weight. Instead, I was charged £48 even though it didn’t add any extra weight to the flight and it could easily fit under the seat. Hint: Check the “personal item” size carefully!
