The service at this airline is terrible, the counter staff always arrives late. As a passenger, they are supposed to require you to be there 3 hours early, but they arrive two hours early and serve you terribly. The seats are horrible, uncomfortable, as if you were on a country bus. They don't even give you water because everyone has to buy it and the tickets are not cheap enough to offer such a poor service as the one they offer.
