The airline moved my flight by 2 hours earlier and I had no other options. This forced me to wake my 2 young kids at 2:30am to board a 5:00am flight. This also made our layover 4 hours instead of the 2 it had originally been. So this screwed our whole day and made it impossible to get any rest. The seats were uncomfortable, the luggage and seats cost extra which was not disclosed to me until flying. All of the flight announcements at the airport were in Spanish only so there was confusion about when to board. There were no drinks or snacks served, everything cost extra. One of the landings was super bumpy and made me nervous. All around a bad experience.
