Good for the flight, awful for the arrival in Toronto. We were told our bags would follow all the way to Ottawa. But we landed outside Pearson terminals, had to take a bus to get our checked bags (that took 40 minutes to come); rechecked our bags, redo the long security line; and we would have missed our connection if the flight had not had mechanical issue. So not impressed and will not take LOT again.
