The crew and airline staff were very good. My husband had trouble walking in the airport and I managed to get him a wheelchair. The wheelchair attendent in Casablanca was WONDERFUL! He procured us a free hotel room with free shuttle back to the airport for our connecting flight to New York the next day. He also took the extra time to book a wheelchair for my husband for the rest of our connecting flights to Seattle. We received two meals on our 6 hour flight - a service most American airlines have deleted unless you fly first class. We could not seriously eat a second meal in that time frame, but it made a great breakfast to take our morning medications with!
