|Aug 2024Great vehicle and condition. Issue arose when I advised, a week before the conclusion of the contract, that I would like to change the drop off point to a town further north. The person behind the desk indicated it would mean “changing the whole contract” and got the distinct impression he could not bothered so simply suggested I drop it off at the desired location and pay a penalty for unauthorised drop off… Seemed pretty inefficient and costly. People at the alternate centre were very good on receiving the vehicle but not the best experience overall.

|Jan 2022Staff were very friendly. Car was brand new and immaculate. I wish there was an insurance option for $0 deductible as the only option they had was a $500 deductible. Apart from that I had no issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire from them again.

|Sep 2023I was told I had to pick up at noon - nothing available earlier. I arrived at 11:58 am to discover they close at 12. I was rushed through picking up and looking over the vehicle. Thankfully I bought extra insurance because the person checking out the car did not actually note all the damage. Without the extra insurance I would have been on the hook for repairs! The vehicle was filthy but they did give me a $50 credit as I had to clean the vehicle myself. Probably won’t use enterprise again🙁

|Apr 2023Service was clear and fast. The car was clean. I took some pics of the scratches, verified I had gas before leaving. They answered all my questions. It was great. I have nothing bad to say, I’m happy. I came back before the deadline and It was simple, just a quick check and we all left with a smile. I will definitely come back. Do I recommend? YES.
