|Mar 2023The only reason I chose Budget to rent was the lower price than the competition. However, I ended up receiving an economy size car rather than the minivan that I had initially reserved. The van was not available at Savannah airport, and I needed to get moving as it was past 2 AM and I was extremely tired from an already 1 1/2 hours wait in line. Budget did not deliver on its promise, and I paid more that anticipated for a smaller economy car. And an unanticipated fuel surcharge of $74? After I returned the car with a full tank?
