We were on our way to pick up the car and we were notified that they did not have a car available. Claimed that people had brought back damaged cars & that they could not use them. We waited for 3 days to see if they would be able to get us a car. They were not. So we gave up.

Customer service was excellent, drop off and pick up process was very easy and price was good compared to other locations Car was very dirty when we got it, even though the sign said it was cleaned for covid. Chocolate on several seats, large pieces of food on the floor. It didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. We spent 30 minutes giving it a thorough clean before our trip. But besides this, I still gave them an excellent rating due to the pros listed above.

I called Hertz first and they balked at me using a 'debit card' (they also wanted some sort of corporate card??) ... i ended up calling Enterprise and they said no problem whatsoever with using my 'debit card'... so they got the sale which was substantial.

The staff was very friendly and pick up and drop off we very easy.

We originally requested a Jetta or similar size vehicle because we were going out of state and were trying to save on fuel costs. When we arrived to pick the vehicle up, we were told nothing of that size was available and we were offered a Nissan SUV or a pickup truck as an "Upgrade". If you are not going to have the requested vehicle , you should inform the customer so they can decide if the "upgrade" is worth it beforehand and have an opportunity to check with another location or another company. It was not a bad experience, just would have appreciated a choice.

The staff was nice, and the process of picking up and dropping off was super-fast and easy.

I got a hot deal car, so my expectations were extremely low, and still the car did not live up. I got an ugly blue Chevy Spark. The car was TINY, both front to back and side to side - I've been in go-carts with more room. I'm not even 6' tall, and I barely fit. My brother and I literally couldn't fit in this car together at the same time. This was bad enough, but what I paid per day was nearly twice what I've paid for a Mercedes or BMW in the past. Sadly this was still the best experience I've had renting a car in Ft. Wayne. Somehow compacts have moved up to midsized status (e.g. Rav4), and prices have still gone up. This whole mess has made me less likely to rent a car, less likely to fly, less likely to travel as a whole.

When we picked up the car it was only half full of gas. We also we're not able to rent car seats for our twin two year olds. The counter person was pleasant but less than helpful. When we returned the car the counter person was awesome. I wish car seat rental options were available when reserving the vehicle.

I reserved a mini van 3 months ago and when I went to pick it up they didn’t have any. They gave me an explorer. That’s not what I needed. I needed a mini van. We had to change our whole vacation and it was terrible!

Biggest issue was that they charged my card 200,00 deposit without saying anything. My rental was 370.00 and they put 570.00 on my card when I picked it up and again when I returned it. Now I have to check my statement and make sure that no only did I get my two hundred back, that they did not charge me twice.

We really appreciated the staff at budget (James) we arrived 5 hours early for our appointed pick-up time and James found a rental for us although they were all spoken for at the time. This saved us a 5 hour wait. We will most definitely be back for rentals and recommend Budget to our connections.

Reserved the rental months a head of time saving me quite a bit of money.

The charge that was put on hold on my account was an astronomical price compared to what I paid for the entire rental. I'm talking they put a hold on almost 4 times the amount of the entire rental.

I have rented a car with my bank credit/debit card for the last 3 years...Unbeknownst to me they now require a major credit card which I didn't find out until I was at the counter. If this was disclosed prior I could have made other arrangements. Instead I was totally left on the day we were leaving without a car. I will never use Thrifty

I made my reservation, received my confirmation. I go to pick up the car, stand in line for 30 minutes, only to be told they don't have any cars! The rep very nonchalantly advised she doesn't know why reservations are still being allowed to be made when there are no cars and there won't be any.

I was told i would be getting a SUV of the size approximate to Grand Cherokee. I recieved a small SUV ( equinox) that was NOT awd or 4x4 which is what i was needing ( trip north.) When i arrived they didnt have that vehicle ready and i had to wait over an hour to get my vehicle, making me late.

we didn't get the car, they accepted our Visa/debit card for the reservation, however, after driving 35 miles out of our way to the airport to pickup in our motor home & showing multiple ID, including Cash, they don't accept cash nor debit card ! We have credit card, forgot to bring new one in wallet, we had the expired one. This is not stated on their website anywhere, since when is cash or Debit/ Visa not good? It isn't like they cannot obtain $ instantly, nor bill for more. Very frustrating. will never rent from them again !
