Cheap Car Rentals in Northside, Jacksonville from $24

Our Flight from Connecticut to Jacksonville was two and a half hours. It took us a hour and fifteen minutes in line just to get to the counter . Then we were directed to the garage, to pick up the car, There we stood for another hour and a half waiting for our car! That's a total of THREE HOURS waiting!!!! It took us two and a half to fly, but three hours to collect a car that we had reserved months ago. BUDGET HAS NO HELP At ANY COUNTERS!! We also found they DO NOT CARE about any customers! Very Poor Service!! Would not recommend.

it took 1 hr 20 min waiting in line to get checked in then told to wait 15-20 min car was being cleaned. Car rental took longer than flight. The staff was processing quickly but so many people and only one line for Avis, Budget and Payless combined. Return was very quick.

Picking up the car took 2.25hrs

We pre paid. No available cars.

It took forever to get the car, the SUV smelled like cigarettes. We drove 24hrs from Jax to ELP and the smell was just overwhelming. Then my itinerary said drop off was at 12, but their system said 8. Showed the itinerary guess who still got a late fee? It was such a bad experience so overpriced for a car that had my kids and pregnant spouse smelling like cigarette.

The agent at JAX (Jessica) was very helpful and friendly. The agent at the drop off was also very nice.

Was not well run. Extremely disorganized and slow to check in and check out. When I returned on October 7, waiting room was full of people waiting to pick up cars but there were no cars. The woman at the desk only acknowledged me when I told another customer I was there to return my car. I had my rental car keys clearly in my hand but she had not acknowledged my presence, even though I had been standing near the desk for about 10 minutes. You would think she would have recognized that. She was not helping any other customers. I heard them tell others that they were oversold and even though some of these customers pre-booked days in advance, there were no cars available. Just a very not well run place. Will never use again.

They had no car for my reservation. Supremely unapologetic and unhelpful.

Class of car selected was not available, had to wait 2 hours for car. Long lines and nobody was that helpful in making this an easy pickup process.

The rental pickup at the Jacksonville airport took almost an hour.
