|Jul 2023They could have given me the car that I reserved!!! Hertz didn't have the car and promised to call me when they did, I never received a call back.

|Dec 2021I was eligible for a military discount and was denied by both the rental place and thru customer service. And the rental place tried to seriously over charge me for the rental. If I hadn't pressed for an honest rate, I would have paid a lot more than I should have.
