If you’ve never flown into the Flagstaff Pulliam airport (it was my first), you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Very small airport which made the pick up and drop off very pleasant and fairly quick. There was only one counter but three workers who serviced both Budget and Alamo. Pick up and drop off was right at the airport (within 50 ft of the bldg). Only thing that could have been different (not necessarily better) - I haven’t rented a car in quite but we didn’t do a walk around before leaving the lot. Our luggage was delayed so didn’t need to use the trunk immediately but the next morning I noticed a little damage to the bumper. When turning in the vehicle there was no walk around and I haven’t seen/heard from them about it and hopefully won’t

When I signed up the charge was to be $478.42. When my bill came they changed the return date, then charged me for an extra date. The final bill was $711.61.

Avis closed at 4p.m., just before our plane arrived. No one told us in advance that Avis would be closed. We could not get anyone on the phone to explain the situation that day or the next. Priceline charged us a $50 no show for not showing up. We showed up, Avis did not.

The pickup process could have been a bit better. The car was pulled up to the curb and sat there without knowing if it was for you or not. Process could be a little better defined.

Thomas is not very nice or accommodating

The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. I dealt with Tyler and he was great The! The car was fun to drive, clean and very comfortable. No complaints except I wish they were open on Sundays. I will definitely rent from here again. Cindy
