|Jul 2023I rented a truck, week in advance. Even confirmed the day befor. Got to lot. Early. And no truck. I was mmo ing items from my home in Los Angeles to New Mexican co. My partner of 28 years passed on July 4 th. The person at the location was amazing. Even though no truck. He said his location never had trucks. I showed him currently in web site they showed he had three avaiable. He quickly came up with the best he could. Got a ford flex. I was only able to take ¼ of what I needed. Thanks to the agent for his outstanding customer service. Only thing . I got a flat tire at 2 am. Called emergency service and was told no one avaiable till 10 next day. Lucky I was just at an exit with a piolet truck stop. And had a 24 hr garage. . I had the tire repaired. Was told the desk on wheel was defective. But he did his best. It worked. Just had to stop every 50-75 mile to put air in tire. That added 4 additional hours to my journey home. And I thought the flex got 22/25 mild to the gallon. It got 9-12 per gallon. Taking my gas budget from $400 to iver $1000. This was a supprise. I’m broke now. Anyway your hub employees are Fabiola’s. Need to work on your reservation inventory and update by location Thank you J hoenscheidt

|Mar 2023I really appreciate the Gold Plus lane so I could just go to my car and get in and drive. There was a friendly gentleman standing outside in the garage who escorted me directly there, so I didn't have to look. The SUV's electronics were fantastic. It was clean as brand new and easy to set up my Apple play and go. Heated and cooled seats with adjustability made for extra comfort. I'd highly recommend Chicago's airport Hertz rental.
