Service was very poor, no any entertainment was available, space between front seat was very uncomfortable , no any sign outside bathrooms are engaged or not. Any tv front of seat or hanging in plane was not working announcements were not clear.Totally very uncomfortable travel. I travel in Air India always, but this trip was very worst in life. Also at Delhi airport instructions sign was not mentioned how to move one place to another place even security check was confusing in capital of India we have to use staircase and bus to go to one terminal to another when 70 plus travelers are moving here and there to find to place where to go for next flight. Overall lots off improvement is require only airport hire employees are working for salary not for help the travelers
